PVNC has just started the Thuong Yen Primary School Work

Recently, on July 23rd, PetroVietNam Nghe An Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVNC) and Quynh Yen People’s Committee has co-organized the groundbreaking ceremony for construction of Thuong Yen Primary school work in Quynh Yen Commune, Quynh Luu District, Nghe An Province.

Attending the ceremony were Mr Ho Duc Viet – Former Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Commitee and Chief of the Central Organizing Committee; Mr Le Van Toi – Department Head of Building Materials of Construction Ministry; Le Van Ngo – Director of Education and Training in Nghe An province; leaders in Quynh Luu district, Quynh Yen commune with numerous teachers, pupils and people in the area.

About PetroVietNam Gas and Oil were Mr Ho Cong Ky – Member of executive board of party committee, the Chief of Group; Mr Nguyen Thanh Nghi – Deputy General director of Vietnam Gas Corporation; Mr Tran Van Tam – Vice Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of Union of Vietnam Gac Corporation; Mr Phan Hai Trieu – Member of executive board of party committee in PVC, Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of management board of PVNC. And comrades in the Board of Directors, office leaderships, professional boards and member units of the PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction Joint stock Corporation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Ho Cong Ky emphasized: Thuong Yen Primary School is the particular meaningful work and deep humane, satisfy expectations for a spacious, clean, properly national standards for children in the commune to learn, contribute to promote the traditional fondness for learning of children in the commune in particular and of the province in general. At the same time, he also requested the construction unit to hurry up construction deploy, ensure the progress as well as quality and technical art, put works into use early.

At the ceremony, Mr Phan Hai Trieu – representatives of the construction unit said that PVNC will promote strengh capability, experience and enthusiasm of those who work for construction field, construct the work to reach highest quality, complete progress exactly, ensure safety for workers and machinery. He also expects that PVNC will be constructed many projects from the Group and PVC in order to improve the spiritual and material life for Central people who are in difficulty.

To respond units’ sentiment for locality, Mr Le Quoc Bao – Chairman of Quynh Yen commune People’s Committee, on behalf of the people in the commune to thank the sponsor and construction unit. He hoped that the work will be completed on schedule for the new school year, Quynh Yen commune will have a spacious school, meet the learning needs of children in commune and in the next time, the local will continue to receive attention and support of the corporation in general and units in Petroleum industry in particular.

Representatives of units performed the groundbreaking ceremony

Thuong Yen Primary school project is in the comprehensive cooperation program on implementing of social security which was signed between PetroVietnam Gas and Oil Group and Nghe An province in June 2011. The work consists of two storey blocks with 10 classrooms was built on an area of 4.000m2 with a total construction cost of 5 billion dongs. School is sponsored by Vietnam Gas Corporation (PVGas) and PVNC is the construction unit. The completed work will contribute significantly to the teaching and learning of teachers  as well as students. This work expected to be completed and put into use on the occasion of starting the new school year 2011 – 2012.
