On 7/12/2011 leaders of PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction Corporation (PVNC) inspected and worked with contractors on construction progress of 12/9 Cement Petroleum Plant. Delegation of the Corporation included Mr. Phan Hai Trieu - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bang - General Director, Mr. Phan Quoc Hung - Deputy General Director and Leaders of PVNC Departments. PVNC leaders inspected on building site Delegation of PVNC inspected building progress in project categories of building cement production straight-line rotary kiln with capacity of 1,500 tons of clinker/day. On site, members of delegation visited and encouraged work motivation of the staff, engineers and construction workers. PVNC leaders work with investor and project management board, project executive board and contractors building 12/9 Cement Petroleum Plant At the meeting with investors, project management board, executive board and the contractors on construction site of 12/9 cement petroleum plant, for the project, Mr. Phan Hai Trieu required contractor to outline the difficulties in construction as well as solutions and direction in the future. He appreciated the cooperation between investor and contractors in executing the construction items. He also asked the investors as well as the project management board, project executive board and contractors to focus and intensify more on implementing project to ensure quality, safety and progress proposed. Speaking at the meeting, representatives of project management board, executive board and contractors committed to continue to work closely together in order to overcome difficulties in construction process, determined to complete the project in proposed schedule. 12/9 Cement Petroleum Plant is one of three key projects that PVNC is EPC, currently the project has been implemented 60% of overall project volume and expected to complete and handover in the second quarter in 2012.
